The Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating!!! A hot tub would have been a welcome addition after skiing!!! The noise from adjacent rooms made relaxation difficult!!! Showers need better functionality to truly enjoy. !!!

Exceptional hospitality marked this stay, with a fantastic selection of fresh juices for breakfast. The ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes enjoyable, and our spacious room offered a stunning view. occasional noise from the hallways was disruptive, and the slow Wi-Fi added frustration. While the shuttle service to the village was timely, having no on-site dinner option required some planning.

Breakfast featured fresh farm-to-table options that were delightful. some noise from corridors and other rooms could be heard in the morning, and the walk to the town center felt longer than expected, despite the available shuttle service.

Exceptional Ski-in/Ski-out Experience

The ski-in/ski-out access was incredible, allowing us to hit the slopes directly from the hotel with ease. I appreciated the substantial breakfast buffet featuring homemade cakes and a variety of options to fuel up before skiing. The shuttle service was remarkable, providing us with timely rides into town whenever we needed, which made exploring the area seamless. Although the hallway noise could be distracting at times, the charming decor and atmosphere definitely made up for it.

The hotel has a rustic charm with cozy lounge areas, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The warm boot room with boot warmers is an added bonus, making it very accessible for seniors.

The staff were exceptional, especially Hermano and Salvatore, making our holiday enjoyable. The ski in / ski out access was superb for a quick run to the slopes. We loved the mountain view from our room, providing a stunning backdrop every morning.

Perfectly located for skiing, just steps from the piste! The shuttle service to town is a lifesaver, especially after a long day on the slopes. Cozy lounge and bar area were great for unwinding post-ski.

The soundproofing could use some work. I heard every sneeze from next door! Plus, the wifi was slower than a tortoise in a marathon.
